The body material and flat disk bottom ensures fast and even heat distribution on any stovetop, including induction, while the clear glass lid with drain hole for easy straining allows you to keep an eye on your food without having to lift the lid while the integrated spoon rest function on the lid keeps your cooktop and table clean while cooking or serving dinner.     • CeraGreen is a non-stick ceramic coating made of 100% natural based ingredients, free of PFAS and PTFE and contains no "substance of very high concern" (SVHC). Cook with little to no oil and create healthier meals for a healthier lifestyle.
    • The glass lid features a convenient integrated straining function for energy-efficient cooking. No need for a strainer and use the lid to drain. SS knob can serve as a spoon rest. Silicone rim prevents rattling and ensures drip-free pouring.
    • Full disk bottom for even heat distribution. Suitable for Induction, Electric, Gas, Halogen, Vitro-ceramic and Downdraft cooktops.
    • Allow to cool before washing. Wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh detergents. Use a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad to remove food residue and stains. Avoid high flame to prevent discoloration. Hand wash only.

Love!

I am extremely happy and impressed with this cookware. We tried to go stainless steel and didn't love all the maintenance and extra oil we had to use. I just wanted a clean non stick pan and this is it! I'm currently looking at adding more pieces to our kitchen.

Nice coating

Easy to clean, nice ceramic nonstick coating. Good for electric or induction stove but I don't think this color is good for gas stove.
