Not happy

The shoes had leather coming off from it. The box in which the shoes was packaged was damaged badly. Why is Macys shipping damaged shoes? They might want to take a little care when they ship things. Was pretty frustrating

Box of shoes was damaged. The shoe was already used. They were dirty and had made holes on the straps
