My order was in processing limbo.

The item is GREAT! The problem was getting it! Never got notice to pick up from store, 3 chats, 2 calls, and over 2 weeks later I'm told to go to the store (half hour away) and give them order number. Store checked computer and said not ready yet, but luckily the associate took the time to go in back and really search until she found it. Even had my name on it, had been shipped to store 5 days after I ordered it.

Dissatisfied

I love the glass part, but if the lid is very thin and if it is cold it is almost impossible to put back on. I have a very old set with the lids, the old lids were much thicker and fit better cold or hot. I would not purchase these again.
