I understand why it is priced this way, however, it is a luxe item without it being different than any other Bialetti item

Heirloom Quality Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute coffee maker! I am reviewing both colors: our daughter bought the red version and I the blue. Both make most wonderful cafe. The red is vibrant and bubbly like my daughter. The blue is a little more reserved, like Papa. Buy one each and enjoy! PS blue happens to be my grandson's favorite color. I will be passing it on to him, some day, as it seems to be of quality to become an heirloom and enjoyed for generations.
