Macys doesn't know how to ship candles

Candles arrived broken and glass and wax everywhere. They sent a replacement which resulted in the same thing since the candles are not packed with any protective material at all. I sent picture evidence but now they want to charge my twice for not returing a mess of broken glass. Dont buy candles here

Wonderful scent and value.

I ordered 4 of these candles and I fell in love with the quality and scent. I immediately ordered 2 more, but they came badly damaged. I sent them back and requested a replacement. I am sorry to say the packaging was massively inadequate.
