Warehouse Works, Front Office Does Not

The shelf is adequate. The concept is cute. Can’t say it’s ever been tested. For instance, the weight of a roll of toilet paper makes that top slot useless. But, the REAL issue is the lack of communication and support. The shelf arrived cracked. So, naturally, I called to get an exchange. I was told to await instructions. When the email showed, it had directions for a return and credit. Sooooo, I called back to clarify that I wanted an exchange, not a return. I even suggested they just send the broken part instead of the whole shelf. The agent sent an email and cc’d me, so that I could attach copies of the damage. Again, NO RESPONSE. Sooooo, called again. THIS agent suggested I purchase another unit, and return the broken one for credit, per the instructions in the ONLY email I received. Done, and it shipped immediately. Tracking shows they received the broken shelf a week ago. My refund? Still shows as initiated; not yet processed. I’ll start calling and emailing again.
