I ordered the bag two weeks ago and never received it. Tracking shows they use lasership which always looses packages. No help from Macy's numbers or online AI messaging.

Versatile and quality duffle bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality and versatile duffle bag. I love the amount I can fit into it, so I have turned it into my new overnight and travel bag. It could make a good carryon bag for storing overhead on an airplane. There are two zippers to enter the main part of the duffle which makes accessing the main part of the bag easy. The zippered mesh compartment inside is a perfect size to throw my phone, keys and small snack. I also carry drink containers in it. There is also a zip pocket in the front, which could also accommodate things the size of a cell phone. The handles and strap are very comfortable. The strap is adjustable and can also be removed. It also has a comfortable pad on it. The strap makes carrying as a crossbody bag possible, which I normally prefer. The bottom of the bad is padded so I feel comfortable carrying more delicate items in the bag as well. The bag is holding up really well and I’m a fan of the rip stop material. It is water-repellent and also not likely to rip or tear. All the seams are tight and neatly sewn. There are also snaps on each side to change up the shape and size of the bag somewhat. They are functional as well as looking nice. This is altogether a well made and versatile duffle bag. The quality means it will be around for many years to come.

Perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son uses this bag for our weekend getaways. It’s holds plenty. It is a solid, sturdy, yet very stylish looking. Zipper does not get stuck. It wipes easily. Definitely recommend this bag.

nice quality

Tough bag!

Super Nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had Jordan stuff before the material wasn’t quite as strong as this. This is a very nice strong duffel bag. It’s got many pockets and a strap that seems very strong as well. I absolutely love this bag as soon as I got it, I started using it every day. I take really good care of it. Easy to wipe off if there’s any stains on it. Small enough to fit into a gym locker but big enough to fit all my stuff for the gym. I absolutely love it. I absolutely recommend this Jordan duffel bag.

Beautiful bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag arrived and it is so nice! The quality is beautiful. I love all the storage spots and little pockets , but it still looks very sleek and minimal. Super classy bag for an overnight trip, or even when you're headed to the gym.
