Le Creuset Ceramic pans are a must have!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are life changing! Those who know, know! Aside from teflon coated nonstick pans, which I won't use any longer, there have been no pans that can produce a consistent nonstick experience when cooking omelets and other egg dishes. I've tried everything and while I love my seasoned cast iron and my stainless steel pans for other uses, these Le Creuset Ceramic frypans have won my heart Thank you Le Creuset, these are worth every penny!
