Mattress not great but excellent Macys service
Mattress gained impressions from sleeping on it within a week. We reached out to Macy's who offered a very satisfactory resolution. The mattress is fine to sleep on, but it feels years old after just a few months. I'd buy from Macy's again without hesitation, but not this mattress. Also worth saying, we bought online to take advantage of a promotion, but went first to the store, where again the customer service was fantastic.

This is only DAY 1
but we really loved it right off the bat, my back was really hurting with our last one . We have had a form mattress that was to hard A firm medium that was too hard and a plush that was great for awhile but went wayyy too soft too fast. We had a Tempur-Pedic that I loved for the first 3 years but then was hurting my husbands back. So as soon as we laid on this we were VERY hopeful that this one be THE ONE.

Terrible!
This mattress had huge depressions in it where our bodies tend to lay after only a week. We are shocked by the poor quality of this mattress. There seems to be no option to complain to Macys about a product, but we would appreciate if customer service would contact us about this order.
