Beautiful, well made coat; sleeve length too long

The coat itself is beautiful, well made, soft wool and nice body fit. Unfortunately, the sleeves were about 1 1/2 inches too long for my arms.

Officially A Fan of this Brand!

Last season I purchased the Nora Stand Collar Boucle Wool Coat. I fell in love with its fit, fabric and asymmetrical button up detail. The interior is fully lined which is always a plus because it gives your jacket an ease and comfort to the fit. When I saw this particular coat I wanted to buy it. I waited for the coat to come back in stock for months and finally, I was able to snag it. I love this one just as well. I saw other comments about the sleeves too long....I dont think so, furthermore, who wants one of the coats that look shrunken when your elbows are bent? The sleeves are great and the fabric is soft so it allows movement. The collar is sized generously and gives it an upscale look. I even appreciate the button placard on the back because it compliments the female figure. Quick shipping with vendor, had it within 2 days. I am 5'09, 130 lbs, size Small.

Long sleeves

Like the style and fit of this coat, however, the sleeves are extremely long for a size small and will require alteration.

Never Received Order

Ordered on November 17th and still haven’t received my order. Tracking status unavailable and Customer service says it’s expected November 26th. Still haven't received my order and I get different answers from the customer service reps. Very frustrating and disappointing!
