I had my doubts about this comforter and the medium weight, but it's turned out to be great! I didn't even have a chance to get it out of the dryer and onto the bed before my husband had grabbed it and used it for his coveted afternoon nap. He said he slept so well with it that he wanted to use it on the bed. That night he replaced the other comforter we had in our duvet and we've both been very comfortable, even during the unpredictable Colorado 'spring' nights which can be very cold. I tend to run cold and he tends to run hot, but we've both been happy under this comforter. Even without the duvet, it has a really nice feel and texture. I love that it also came with built-in loops for the duvet to attach through - what a well thought out design! If you're looking for something soft, comfortable, and warm give it a try!

Great comforter!
This is a really great comforter! The weight is perfect and I love that it is white. I love white bedding, you can use it alone or get a really cute duvet cover for it. I thought the weight would be great for all year, and even my husband commented on how nice it felt
A transitional season comforter
The medium-weight comforter is ideal for the transitional seasons, such as when it's not deep into winter but not quite spring either. In March, we still experience a few cold days along with many rainy ones that cool the air. This comforter is perfect for that. Normally, I don’t sleep under a comforter unless it's very cold, and I also avoid sleeping on top of it to maintain its quality. However, for this review, I tried both so I could get a comprehensive feel for it. One thing I love about this comforter is that it doesn’t make me sweat, whether I'm sleeping under it or on top of it. I usually sweat depending on the material, but I didn't wake up sweating at all. The feel of the material is also wonderful; it has a cool touch to it. As for the weight, it’s just right—not too heavy that you feel the need to toss it off, and not too light that you require an extra layer, like a blanket. I did take off one star due to the length and width. I had to flip it horizontally to make the sides of the comforter reach the edge of the bed. When positioned vertically, it appeared too short and looked odd. I have a bench attached to my bed, so although flipping it made the shorter side face the foot of the bed, you can’t see it because I tucked it behind the bed bench. I would definitely recommend this comforter for its comfort and quality.

Cozy but foldable comforter
This comforter is perfect for cold/cool nights. It has a good weight without being too bulky. It is easy to fold which I like as some comforters are so thick that folding can be a challenge. I also like the subtle square pattern that adds a bit of style to the comforter.
