I have been using this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this with the Southern Belle volume mouse on damp hair. For me, on my dry hair, it does not help my hair smooth at the ends. My fine, with some wave, hair tends to be dry for some reason. When I add this product to damp hair, it helps if I comb it through. This is my second purchase of this product.
