Posturepedic Margate 12 Firm Tight Top Mattress S

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated – DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! I am beyond angry and frustrated with this purchase. I ordered this mattress expecting comfort and quality, but instead, I’ve received nothing but problems from day one.When the mattress arrived, it was already creaky. I called customer service, and they told me to "let the body adjust." Fine, I gave it a month, but it didn’t get any better. So, I called again and requested a technician to come and inspect it. The day the technician was supposed to arrive, they canceled on me without any warning. I tried rescheduling and left multiple messages, but no one ever got back to me. When I followed up, I was told I would have to submit a completely new claim — as if my previous attempts meant nothing.Now, after weeks of being ignored, I’m still stuck trying to file another claim with no response. To top it all off, the mattress and box spring they provided are INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! This is absolutely unacceptable!
