Perfect size

This is the perfect size Blackstone. Portable yet plenty of cooking space. And it packs a punch! I can get a great sear on the outside without overcooking

Great grilling experience

Made a big breakfast for the family. It was great being able to cook everything on 1 surface instead of 3 frying pans. I love the grease trap in the back. No more draining bacon grease to start the next batch. This griddle is definitely a game changer!
