Wonderful Coffee Maker!
We have had our Ninja coffee maker for a couple of weeks not and we couldn’t be happier! It makes great coffee, and we love having the ability to dial the brew in by ounces. The water tank is so easy to get in and out, and all of the components are super easy to clean. The size is also perfect and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. The machine is also very intuitive to use, making our morning coffee ritual a breeze. We haven’t had the occasion to try out the cold brew or over ice settings yet, but I’m excited to give them a go when the weather is warmer! I would highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone who is in the market for one!

Great value, good longevity, easy maintenance.
I dont often leave reviews but Ive had this for a year now and its the best coffee maker I've ever had. Its very easy to maintain and clean. I only add water when I'm about to run it, then empty the water if there's excess once it's done brewing. I rinse the basket with soap and water every use and do a vinegar clean once a month. it's been very consistent and easy to clean which was a huge reason I went with this coffee machine. Well worth the money.

Take it how you want it
Pros- it brews fast, easy to use, easy to clean, and keeps coffee warm for long periods of time. What I really dislike is with the cone reusable filter somehow coffee grounds always get into the pot making the coffee taste gritty and muddy. With the throw away cone filters you can only put like 1/3 of a cup of coffee grounds in it before it over fills and makes a complete mess. I love this coffee pot but I’m highly disappointed in the design of it.

Coffee pot chipped
We got this last year for Christmas, and I just noticed it had chipped off some of the finish that’s on the burner spot for the coffee pot. I would have rated it with 5 stars if this was noticed well after the first year. We love the machine otherwise. I really like making iced tea in it. We have many other Ninja and Shark products. Only a few we have had issues with.

Ninja Coffee hot and cold brew
Is not hot enough when u first make coffee. If u let it set for about 5 minutes, it does get hotter

Minor problem
It’s a great coffee maker but it does not stay on long to keep the coffee pot warm. It shuts off in less than an hour. My bf is constantly complaining and I said you picked it out.
