Serviceable but not expected Macy's quality

I did not realize until after ordering that I was ordering from an affiliate and not Macy's. It was not Macy's quality. Thought it would have a more structured feel. Serviceable but not what I was expecting.

bad quality

Bad quality, Velcro does not close properly on plastic pockets. Not as pictured, there is no window label insert. Messaged seller twice and they never responded. Don’t buy this product!
