never received my refund

i bought this product with gift card but i returned it via ups because it was too big. although i called macys customer service 5 times in the past 2 months, they promised to refund the gift card by mail. but i waited many times and did not receive anything. and keep calling back they said they will send it again. and today is the last time i called to ask about my refund. did not receive it. it is not a big amount but i am very disappointed in how they break their promises to customers. People should be careful when purchasing products through third parties using macys gift cards.

Better than a Cast Iron Skillet!

I absolutely love this Dutch Oven! I use it for stews, soups, casseroles, what have you. And the cleanup is sooooo much easier than with a cast iron skillet.
