Unsatisfied with the quality of product purchased!

To whom it may concern, I am truly unhappy with the dinning set I purchased. I was looking forward to having it be a part of my home and how we would be able to enjoy it. But now it is a sore reminder of the mistake I made in purchasing this product from your catalog. The fabric on ALL chairs is striping off and after contact with the manufacturer all I was told that was, I could take some scissors and keep cutting of the strips off the fabric, I guess until all the fabric has fallen off and my my warranty has run out. If this is the memory that your organization desires me to be left with, then you guys succeed.
