Quite flimsy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is quite flimsy, which is especially apparent when trying to close the doors. They are tricky to close effectively and one of the orange hexagons is positioned so that it gets gets stuck on the mega minion when trying to close the door. I feel that this chamber could be broken very easily. The screw underneath that fixes the mega minion into the chamber so that it can be removed to play with and shoot discs is really tricky to undo/unscrew, so there are a lot of parts that require adult help and input. The batteries that come with the product are just sample batteries so they dont last long and so a new set is required quickly. The item definitely has novelty value, lots of little levers, buttons and light/noise details although they are tricky for little ones to operate as they are really small so do require practise. Definitely for older ones due to small parts. Would probably have the best play value for those who have seen the movie otherwise it wouldn’t make much sense as to what the toy is for.

It’s alright, not the funnest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe my boy is too young to understand it properly but he was getting a bit frustrated with the mechanisms of the toy. Left to play on his own he was fine, but it was a bit fiddly to use. The noise it make is really loud as well. For being such a small toy, it definitely lost a star for that. He likes the little minions on their own especially using the discs firing out the big ones mouth

Really lovely toy & kids loved the animation of it all

Okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy is okay. My children enjoyed playing with it for a short while, but did get bored fairly quickly and haven’t found interest in it again. It does feel durable and well-made, it is a quality toy, but you are limited on imagination and play.

Brilliant toy which entertained my little one for ages!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy has really entertained my four year old. When the little minion magically turns into the larger minion, sequels of excitement were heard and arms thrown into the air! She absolutely loves the launching disc minion. She used the minion to launch the discs across the room which travelled impressively far. There’s three different targets on the chamber that you aim the discs at which cause different reactions, such as pushing the small minion down a slide, opening a hidden chamber and also another chamber door. Really impressed with the quality and how much this has entertained my daughter.

Multipurpose play for small hands!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality product with lights and sounds, the concept of transforming a large minion is appealing to children! And the use of the inside of the chamber as a play area is fab making it multi purpose! Only downside for me is that one of the chamber doors kept jamming and wouldn’t release on pressing leaver which made my son lose interest quickly. However once rectified he was able to play with it again. Does contain small pieces and initially needs an adult to explain what to do with inserting pieces into cap at top. But after initial explanation my child happily was able to play alone. Overall great toy!

Good quality for minions obsessed boy
