A Good, Natural Relaxer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently taking this supplement along with my sleep prescription. I take it an hour or so before bed along with my prescription. This seems to help me get to sleep just about as soon as I get into bed.

Can’t live without it now

I started taking this herbal supplement slowly to see whether it would help. Well, it does! Very much so. And it smells soooo good. The lavender going into my mouth goes right into my nose and that alone helps so much. Life is so stressful! I will always have this supplement at the ready!
