Great anti-inflammatory

My wife and I have been using black seed oil a couple of months for the anti-inflammatory benefits. I feel it reduces inflammation in my nasal passages so I can breath better at night when I sleep. My wife feels better when taking it.

Works great!!

I use this product for its many health benefits, but what I notice most is the reduction of pain I have due to Hashimoto’s disease.

Black Seed Oil Healths Harmony

I just purchased this bottle of Black seed oil, so many wonderful benefits to taking this and looking forward to seeing how it works for me. Added to my moisturizer, looking forward to sleeping well, joint pain reduction, weight loss and hair growth as well as nail growth. First night was good. No side effects so far. Some things work better for some than for others. Honest reviews are appreciated.

Excellent Vitamins

I have been using the black seed oil, I have to say this is a God sent vitamin I have been using this product since the beginning of last year. Weight loss is a plus but i have notice a very much difference in my hair skin and weight control. Thank you for a great product :)

Consume this with Golden milk

If you have arthritis, make and drink Golden Milk milk, honey, and turmeric. I tried the oil earlier, but it damaged the delicious taste of the milk these are much better!!

It didn't help me lower my A1C.

This supplement was purchased in the aim of lowering my A1C. Unfortunately, after taking them for around 6-12 months, I did not observe any difference.
