Scratches

I was so disappointed. I really wanted to love these dishes. The first time we used them, they scratched. I was unable to remove the scratches. Now they are just beige plates with scratches.

Beautiful Dishes

I purchased two sets of dishes for a wedding gift. Upon arrival, I checked the dishes. None were broken, but one bowl has some indented marks inside the bowl…..it is not acceptable and should be replaced. Please tell me how that bowl can be replaced!

Chipped dish

I love this dish set but I had to order twice because each time the dishes came with a bowl already chipped or broken.

Easily scratches and shows wear

Dishes look great. After a few uses they are starting to show scratches from basic use of utensils. Knew I should have went with Mikasa.

bowls not packed good

I order 3 sets for service of 12. And the bowls in 2 different boxes had damaged in the shipping. They should pack the bowls better cause they apparently move to much and break. I love the look and they will go great with my new kitchen. They are heavy ceramic. I love that they are dishwasher and microwave safe for daily use. Now to figure out how I will have return the whole set of four to replace 2 bowls. Aggrevating.
