Relaxing

The stretching mat gives your back a nice stretch when you are unable to do it your self. The neck part is a little uncomfortable. Very relaxing to use

Life Changing

Absolutely love the stretch mat, I use it twice a day for relief for sitting long hours. The feel when on the floor is a little hard which does not take away from the wonderful massage. Concern — I may exchange the current mat as I can feel protruding wires in 2 places. This is well worth the price, just need one that is not damaged.

Good potential, but nah...

This had good potential, but I returned it because the control pad was defective. Sometimes it worked, but other times it wouldn't allow me to increase the intensity. The programs seem nice, and they were relaxing, but I found it difficult to position myself correctly on the mat. I'm pretty average height, but just couldn't seem to get the right position for both my hips and my neck. I'd hoped that this could take the place of some massage therapy I receive, but was disappointed.
