Hits The Spot Just Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I got this item in order to qualify for free shipping but I am really enjoying it. I'm a retired massage therapist and this little ball is perfect for targeting the sore spots in my shoulders and back. And it will be super to travel with.

Hits the Spot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great ball for releasing stubborn triggerpoints all over the body. You need to be careful not to put too much pressure on anyone spot given how hard the ball is, but it is a great product and I highly recommend.
