Scam! Don't Buy!

I ordered this item on the Macy's website, only to find out that Macy's is a MARKETPLACE??????? Anyone can sell anything on the Macy's website? Skincare? Why would Macy's (once reputable company) allow people concoct skincare products in their kitchen and sell it on their website? Macy's has gone to the dogs. Anyhow, I never received the product, and when I called Macy's customer service I was told they couldn't process the refund. The refund has to be processed by the third party vendor. It has been over a week and my account hasn't been credited.
