Great customer service and shopping experience

First time buy furniture from Macy’s. Very happy about the sofa and their customer services. Jeet from old orchard mall is very nice and professional. I usually don’t like to followed by a sales person while I am shopping. Jeet approached me very naturally and friendly. The most important was that he was not pushing and made my shopping experience very comfortable. When the sofa was delivered with a little problem, he and his manager were on top of the problem and quickly solved the issue. Sofa looks great in my living room. The color is blue and grayish. Good quality and elegant looking.

Horrific Customer Service

I haven't even received the furniture yet; however, I am being asked to review my purchase. I made a call as Chase Bank suspected fraud and declined the transaction. I confirmed to Chase the transaction was valid and was told to contact Macy's to re-run the card. It took the first 22 minutes for them to find the order. At that point they told me it was a different phone number (than what was on the receipt listed as customer service) and transferred me. A total of 53 minutes spent explaining the situation to four different people before they told me to wait 48 hours. Similar to their in-store customer service, their phone customer service might just be the worst I have ever experienced. It's a shame because their product quality is always excellent. This experience has pushed me over the top and I will never make another purchase from Macy's.

Gorgeous

The sky blue isn't really that blue. maybe a mix of blue and grey. We absolutely LOVE it.
