Cannot Use Metal Utensils

The use and Care Booklet states Do Not Use Metal Utensils. If this was in the online description I wouldn’t buy it. I have used Metal utensils in my other 18/10 stainless steel cookware. for years I’m therefore returning it. Otherwise, very shinny, good looking, heavy, well made. Because an important restriction not mentioned, grt 3 stars
