Love & Quality

First off the two men that delivered this set worked in unison with such grace. They actually took off their shoes each and every time they got to my door. It was incredible talent and respect they've shown to us. Now back to the furniture, 100% A quality. I am so glad with my purchase, the dresser set is beautiful, quality and heavy wood. The drawers are not soft close as I thought but they are quiet. The color is really nice, matched to my wall colors. I would recommend this set because of the quality it also brings personality to the house, it stands so tall in my room.

Sturdy

I picked this set out in February. I liked it in the store but I got it delivered in person it was even better. The price was affordable and it's sturdy. I've always purchased furniture from Macy's. I can't trust other places as Macy's standby their products. The dresser set is also heavy and stands tall, very good quality. You'll like this quality if you got it too. Nothing cheap about this set,

Damaged

Found this set browsing online, immediately loved it. Went to see it in-person and ordered it that day. Delivered quickly, however, it arrived damaged. The bed rails were warped, one box still in the truck had the word “Trouble” written across it. We sent the order back. They tried a second delivery attempt a few days later to try and make it right by promising all would be quality checked prior to delivery. And unfortunately both dressers were damaged. A large scratch on top of one and the other with a large chip on the drawer. Disappointed and canceled the order altogether. :(
