The most freeing comforting feeling

This book/Judith Orloff, MD has/will always have such a HUGE part of my existence. Thank you soso much — Just first few pages, and this book will change the way you feel about everything from every aspect of life, including how you see yourself and, your everyday surroundings (if you are an empath, especially) I cannot wait to start reading and be blessed with ORLOFF’s other work :-)

This book is a Treasury of remedies inspiration and comfort and lovingly written by the good Dr. Orloff. This is my third book by her it is like a Bible to me.

This book has helped me understand myself so much

I have this book in paperback and on my Nook so I can access it whenever needed. I like being able to look up certain words on my Nook. It is extremely helpful for anyone who thinks that they are a Highly Sensitive person or an Empath. I also have Thriving as an Empath in both Formats.

Amazing! A Must Read

This book is a transformational life changer. One of the most loving and empowering books I have ever read.
