nice backpack. Large enough for headphones, computers, (2 tablets & a heavy laptop), lunch, mic, and a few other things.

Nice backpack but disappointing quality

I really like this backpack for its generous size and key features: strap for a suitcase handle, side pockets for drinks; several outer pockets for small items (though I wish it had compression straps - the only thing it is missing). However I am disappointed at the quality. My previous backpack (from a different company) lasted for many years. This is not very old but out of warranty, and the zipper on one of the compartments broke. The teeth just pulled out from the tape so it can't be repaired. Bummer.

Slips off the shoulder

The shoulder straps do not have a non-slip material that it slides off the shoulder. Very inconvenient when it slips off the wrong time like when climbing aboard public transportations like bus, trains or when walking along narrow airplane aisles to get to your seat. Or just walking along with your cup of coffee on one hand.

Samsonite backpacks

Great Quality, I’ve purchased these for our company travel and have approximately 25 and they are rugged and have been holding up for over 3 years now. We purchase additional bags when needed.
