I REALLY like this!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this and was not disappointed! So far we have grilled steaks, hamburgers and porkchops all while inside my home. It takes very little time to set up and even less to get started. Depending on the cut and thickness and how you want the meat cooked will depend on your temperature. But the thicker the meat the longer and I do mean LONGER it will take! One night I had a very thick cut of new York steaks and I don't know if I could have ever made that a well done steak had someone preferred it that way. Clean up for the most part is pretty easy. Most can go into the dishwasher, but you do need to watch for the grease that gets trapped under the lid. It can make for a messy experience when getting it out next time! Other than that this is my best grill I have had indoors!

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item abut a month ago and have used it many times. The cooking grate heats up fast and grills nicely! The grate top is easy to clean with the copper non-stick coating, but the bottom takes a little more attention to clean. I also found the cover easy to remove, but a little hard to clean. There was some heat damage to the lid about the middle of the lid, see attached pics.. The lid could use a design upgrade to make cleaning easier and fight the heat problem on the edges. The grease catch under the grill plate is more than adequate for the cooking that I did, ie. burgers, steaks, and chicken. It is an overall good appliance!

Great Grill For Cooking Indoors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I First Recieved This Grill The Box Was Bent So I Immediately Took It Out And Found That A Part Was Broke . I Couldn’t Figure Out Where It Was Broke From And Was Skeptical On If It Would Cook Or Not . But Decided To Give It A Try And See If The Grill Would Turn On And Heat . I Cooked These Burgers . It Cooked Excellent And Got Hot Without No Problem . I Love This Great Grill And Will Use It A lot During The Winter Months . I Like The Design And You Can Cook Many Different Things . And It Was So Easy To Clean And Love The Grease Tray .

Enjoying This Grill Often
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family loves this grill. We use it easily 5-6 times a week! It works perfectly and food now has a restaurant quality. I make panini sandwiches, burgers etc. My neighbor bought one last week too. Highly recommend.

Easy to Use

Also heated panini sandwiches without issue. Looking forward to trying more things to see how they turn out.

Great indoor option for grilling!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family does quite a bit of grilling and were excited to try the Hamilton Beach Searing Grill for those days when it is cold and dreary outside, or when you need a quick meal without heating up the grill! This grill comes with a removeable grill plate, which makes it easy to clean. The grill hood also removes for easy cleaing. While it did take a bit to heat up the first time, we've noticed that the time to heat up improves with use. We used the sear setting and got some great grill marks on the brats (see picture). The grill plate is pretty spacious and has a section without open slates for smaller items like veggies, so they don't fall through. As my picture shows, you could grill a whole package of brats on this grill at one time! I also noted that this indoor grill didn't give off a lot of steam or smoke and therefore had no trouble with our fire alarm, which is nice! I also liked that the hood kept the heat and steam in for the cooking process. Overall a great option for indoor grilling when it doesn't make sense to fire up the grill outside!

Great indoor Grill
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grilled two large marinated chicken breasts at 350' degrees. It took about 15 minutes. The chicken breasts were nicely grilled tasted great. I really like this indoor grill. I recommend it highly. The grill was easy clean afterwards too.
