Seller uses usps item ordered 2/24 it is now 3/8 I have requested a refund numerous times and still haven’t received it or order I placed as it was being shipped from NYC I live in Philadelphia but shipment is now in Wisconsin and am being told since items are in transit I can’t get my refund for items I no longer need because of their choice of carriers if I could give no stars not on the item but the fact of their choice of carrier to ship items and delay on refunding me

Plush, thick and absorbent! Rich hunter green. I immediately washed them once they arrived and they look wonderful! I will purchase more colors.

Disappointing
Although these towels look thick, the a lot of the edges are not machine sown properly so these are certain to come unraveled soon. I had to carefully trim of a lot of excess threads that should have been done at the factory. I am on my third washing of these and still getting a lot of fluff clogging my dryer lint trap. Also the dark grey towels I bought are still shedding lint after washing them three times and this is bothering me as it is not pleasant to have lint left on ones body or all over the bathroom after using them. I don't think these towels will last long at this rate.

they are ok
For the price these were fine. I just wanted to say that the black towel does have some material that comes off of it. The first time you use them or at least the first few times you after you use them getting out of the shower you’ll find some black material on you but it’s not that big of a deal again for the price they were OK
NO quality control
I received my towels and washed them before I used them. One bath towel had a manufacturing flaw right in the middle. Bad Quality control.
