Never Received

I was told this Spode 12 Pc. Dinnerware Set, was delivered. I never received it. This is for my daughters B-Day. She's so excited to get it. Looks like they are sending me another but are charging me more money. Extremely unhappy. I've tried to talk to someone but just get an answering service. Product is nice. I've seen it. The service has been bad.

My purchase was never received!

I never received this purchase. Apparently you shipped my purchase via UPS but did not reveal that at the time of purchase when I requested that the item be sent to my PO Box. UPS does not deliver to a PO Box. Neither you or UPS attempted to contact me when the item arrived at my local UPS facility, despite my providing my phone number and email address at the time of purchase. Instead UPS sent my purchase back to you. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. At the time of purchase delivery was shown to be 4 days after purchase and several days before Christmas.Three weeks later I discovered the item had been returned with no notice to me.

Great but chipped

Arrived in mostly good condition. One small plate already has a chip on the edge. The coffee mugs are very small so make sure you read the description on that. Otherwise will be very cute for years to come. Planning to style with some pink accents to match the ornaments on the trees. I have the blue Italian Spode dishes. They hold up so well and are very beautiful. Looking forward to using more Spode pieces.
