Macys is the worst

I bought these with a macys gift card. The item ultimately wasn't available. Received an email that there's nothing I need to do & I wasn't charged. Tried to buy something else. Didn't have enough on my card because of this purchase that I never received. Called customer service & was told a replacement card would be sent to me 7/4. Never received & it's now 7/22. So incredibly frustrating. I have 2 kids & macys has wasted & continues to waste so much of my time.
