LOVE Amber & Incense

I love Amber and Incense better than Moraccan Amber to the chagrin of ALL of my frineds. I love the stronger spicy scent. Moraccan Amber is a little softer.

Missed the mark

I have purchased all of the nest holiday candles, so I was excited when they released this new scent for the season. I actually ended up burning it post holiday as a winter scent because nothing felt holiday-like about the scent profile. Another reviewer had mentioned that it smelled like Carmex lip balm and I wish I never read it, because I couldn’t get past it. While Carmex is a nostalgic smell for me and there’s nothing off putting, it’s not something I want to pay 50 dollars to have my house smell like. Overall, this just misses the mark for me on the holiday/winter scent since I’m not getting the feeling of amber or incense- I was expecting something muskier or smokier to give off a more cozy vibe.

Interesting Scent

It smells nice and warm, but I can't stop thinking that it smells like "carmex" lip balm! It's not a bad smell it just reminds me of how the lip balm smells a little bit. Not my favorite but I'm glad I gave the new scent a try!
