Awful Do Not Buy

The bed frame just broke and macys will not replace it! I only had it for 15 months. This customer service and company is terrible. Do not buy!!

Beautiful set

The delivery team was great, and the set looks beautiful in the bedroom. We ordered a queen bed, two nightstands, two stools, and the Chester drawer. We haven’t had any issues with the drawers opening and closing as mentioned in other reviews. Our only issue was with Macy’s financing- their customer service is horrible.

Very disappointed

I’m so glad I got to see this in the store before I actually purchased the set, which I went in ready to do. After seeing the quality, I just couldn’t purchase the set. I am so disappointed. I love the headboard and the shape of the mirror on the dresser, however, the headboard was made of plastic to look like wood. The drawers did not open and close smoothly at all, and I was dismayed by the color. Overall, I just felt it was very cheaply made. Not quality by any means.

Taking a chance with online ordering.

I love the look and the shape, but the color has a yellow tone to it which I don't really like. The furniture itself is very sturdy, but drawers don't open and close as nice as I would like. I ordered it online. If I had seen it in person I would have thought about it a little more. It is a nice set and comfortable overall. I'm just a little put off by the color.
