Buyer Beware! False Advertisement!

I purchased 7 of these items as Mother’s Day gifts and what was delivered was one box of single soaps all thrown in a brown Macy’s box with no stuffing to secure it from being bounced around thus allowing soap breakage and worn out paper that covered the soap. I expected what was advertised on the Macy’s website, it looked elegant with each soap carefully packed in a beautiful Jo Malone gift box with ribbon. When I phoned Customer Service they assured me that the problem would be rectified and they would send out a replacements immediately. When I received the replacements, it was the same issue…all the soaps thrown in a Macy’s box with no stuffing to protect the soaps and it actually looked worse than the first box I received. Macy’s used to be such a lovely store to shop, unfortunately with their false advertising and broken promises, I will no longer shop there as no one reached out to me to rectify the problem. I guess the lesson is that Macy’s is a total sham with no integrity.

Does not come with packaging

Packaging isn’t what it was shown. It only came with the soap without the gift box. Smell is great so perhaps this is a misstep on the Bloomingdale packaging dept

Palm Oil

This soap contains palm oil and has a very strong perfumed smell. do not recommend
