Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service

I received a set of Rachael Ray Cookware for the holidays and immediately discovered that one of the lids doesn't fit properly on the corresponding pot (the pot rim doesn't seem to be "level" so the lid doesn't "seal" all the way around and instead wobbles back and forth). I reached out to customer service, assuming this would be an easy fix (i.e. they'd send me a non-defective pot and we'd both stop thinking about this), but it's now been nearly three months and they aren't responding to me. I've reached out for an update on my support case 5 times since I submitted it and just keep getting told to keep waiting and that I've been put in a queue (how many warranty claims do you have that the backlog is this long?!). This is some of the worst customer service I've ever received (and that's a high bar!). I definitely do not recommend supporting this company.

My daughter loves them- not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves them- not related at all, but I had sent a photo to her of another set and asked her if she liked them b/c they were on sale for a really good price and all I got back was a screenshot of this set that said…. ” This is what I want” and of course it was more than double the price for this set as opposed to the one in question! 🤷🏻‍♀️ This set was the chosen purchase and I will say that the ones she sent to me were not on sale from a merchant seller - but I went straight to the source site and received 30% off!
