Faulty product

I purchased this kettle last week and tried to use it today for the first time, purchasing it brand new I expected no issues. Upon filling the kettle it started leaking water from the base. I am unable to use it as it just emptied slowly through the bottom and created a very large mess.

Disappointed with the keep warm function

Disappointed with the keep warm function. If you pick up the kettle to pour, the function immediately turns off, so if I want to refill my cup in a half hour I have to turn it back on again. That’s no better than my old kettle that doesn’t have a keep warm function. I also timed it, it took 5 minutes, 34 seconds to heat 1 liter of water.
