Bad zipper, company not responsive.

Zipper broke immediately. Notified seller right away and have not heard anything for nearly a weeknow.

For my adult son - a new coat

I saw this looking for a new heavy duty coat for my son. He really likes the warmth and wind resistant qualities it gives; he also said the hood keeps his head warm (even w/o a hat on). Lately it has been 9° (with a feels like temp of 1°). Sleeves, shoulders and waist fit him nicely and he can still layer-up winter clothing underneath without issue. Also, he likes the look of it and the length of the coat for snow shoveling and warmth. I ordered the black XL one for him. Tbh I was afraid it wouldn't fit him in the sleeve or shoulders, but it's perfect. The quality and toughness makes us think the coat will do its job and last many years. Excellent quality & product. I'd order again from this company. He was very grateful and I am pleased as punch!
