Love the pans

It came with a small nick on one of the pans. I didn't return it because I can live with a small nick.

Awful just awful

I would never recommend these or Cuisinart to anyone. I had Cuisinart pots and pans for over 15-20 years that finally had all they could take. Purchased this set and upon washing them, as soon as warm water hit the pans they emitted an awful toxic chemical smell. I called Cuisinart who the first agent said not normal, falls under warranty, then I was disconnected before he could take down my contact information. I called back, spoke to another person who literally said, you may need to ‘burn the chemicals off for awhile…” and then said someone would contact me in 3-5 business days. Over a week later I get an email saying sorry for your problem, put water and detergent in your pans and boil them for several minutes to remove the residue. What horrible customer service at Cuisinart. Buyer beware, if you have to boil the toxic chemical fumes off your new pots and pans then something is wrong.

The handles get really hot. The nonstick finish peels off. Waste of money.

Don’t buy

This cookware set seamed like a bargain but I was wrong. Anything you cook it has to be in lowest heat possible because if not you’ll burn your food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COOKWARE SET!!!!

While the cookware itself is fine, the handles become so hot they become untouchable without a pot holder.
