Wrong item sent!

The description shows a 30-liter trash can, however the product sent (directly from manufacturer/distributor) was NOT this. I have ordered this product three times (twice from a different retail site, once from Macy's), only to have the wrong size (45-liter, much larger!) trash can sent to me every time. It was a very nice trash can, just not the same one that is listed on Macy's website. Clearly, there is a problem with the distributor sending the wrong item. Buyer beware!

Junk

It's flimsy, not sturdily built. Worst of all, it travels; we've tried putting pads of various types under it, still it moves. Furthermore, when it closes it "quacks" . That part is kind of amusing, but indicative of poor engineering.
