Look at a different brand

Poorly made. The item arrived with the rod lose on the base and on top of that the base was not heavy enough to keep it from sliding on a granite counter top.

EXCELLENT!!!

This is the BEST paper towel holder I've ever owned, and I've owned a bunch of different ones. It's very pretty also, which is very nice. Even my husband likes it!

Perfect is the keyword

I honestly don't know how I used the old style holders before this. The weighted base and ratchet spindle make this holder a breeze to use. One-handed operation make it quick and easy to grab a paper towel and go.
