Very, very good with one minor nit
This sink is part of a whole new house and kitchen. Every detail about the sink is great . . . except, the square corners make things just a tad more problematic to sweep food scraps and little bits into the Insinkerator. Otherwise, the quality, the extras, the design of the lower center split, is great.

Worst decision for my new kitchen
I just remodeled my kitchen and put in this 28" Undermount Single Bowl 16 Gauge Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink and I absolutely HATE it!! It’s already marked up and has scratches on it. I’m crushed since the counter top was obviously cut to accommodate the size of the sink. Has anyone replaced this sink with something they love that fits? I decided against a porcelain due to the fear of etching and cracks and this is 10 times worse. Hoping someone else replaced this horrible product and can help me out.

Biggest regret in my new kitchen. Good price but poor design/performance
This sink was priced right and looks good brand new but has a few issues. 1) The stainless steel scratches very easily - much easier than past stainless sinks Ive owned. 2) To minimize scratching Kraus has a large metal grate to protect the bottom. This is one piece, large, and difficult to clean. 3) The large width (33") and minimal slope on the bottom means food debris is difficult to move to the drain with just water and there is the large metal grate in the way making you have to remove everything from the sink to remove debris Recommendation for Kraus: Use a higher hardness stainless steel. For the metal grates use a 2 piece design for easier cleaning. Increase the slope towards the drain to make it easier to wash the bottom of the sink.

Design Improvement Needed
33" Drop-In and matching faucet are Quality products BUT will leave puddle of water when turning off water unless from the "HOT" position. Design improvent needed.

Very dissatisfied
Sink was installed two months ago and has terrible water spots and other unattractive marks that polish / cleaners will not remove.

Hi Kathy, Thanks so much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these stains on your new sink. The stains/spots you are noticing are not part of the stainless steel; they are deposits on the surface of the sink and can be removed with cleaners containing oxalic acid. Unless pure distilled water flows from your faucet, there will be dissolved minerals and salts in your rinse water. Products such as Bar Keeper’s friend and a fine 3M Scotch Brite pad are both great options. Quality sink, dramatic looking & functional
We've had this sink almost a year and it's terrific. We were concerned given some of the reviews, but have seen no issues on our sink. You do need to make sure you use the grids at the bottom, and we do clean it weekly, but it's as beautiful as the day we got it. We like the offset look, it's dramatic, plus the larger side fits all our big pots and pans easily.
