Butter Keeper

The cellar ceramic butter keeper was delivered broken. Bad packaging.

Buyer Beware

I have never left a one star review for Macy’s but could not let this go unsaid. This breakable ceramic item is shipped in a plastic bag with zero protection what-so ever. It was placed inside of a box 3x larger than the item, allowing it to bounce around and arrive completely shattered. Shame on the shipping department for such ignorance. Based on previous reviews, this item is delivered broken more often than not. Obviously - based on how it’s packaged.

Product was cute but broken when it arrived and so it was returned. Store did not have any.

Broken item shipped twice

Third time I received this better keeper and it was broken. Wrapped in bubble wrap in a larger box and still moved a lot in the box. Both times received at the customer service desk

arrived broken

I should have read the reviews. Mine arrived in many pieces too....the outside had so much bubble wrap but nothing inside to protect the bell.

arrived shattered

Horrible shipping, tried to chat said it was a hour wait to discuss my shipment. Still have no reply from an email on a horrible shipment no padding in box at all for a breakable item.
