Great chopping board - won't be used yet, but will probably be useful

It looks great, looks sturdy, however I can't comment on it's performance as it's a birthday present for later in the year. I do like Joseph Joseph things though, so i have no doubt my partner will love it.

A great improvement in design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new version of their cut and carve is so much better than the original one. The rubber edge is much harder wearing. Im very happy with it and I don't have to bleach it as I do with the white one.

Great for carving meat on.

Great for carving meat on. Lip means that the juices don't go all over the counter. Only (slight) issue is that the spikes made it tricky to wipe down.

Great cuttung board

This was exactly what I was looking for to carve any type of roast, so I could save the juices for gravy. The side with points is especially useful to keep a roast from sliding around when carving. I was using a plastic cutting board sitting in a cookie sheet, but it was a messy setup.
