Just the knife I’ve been looking for.

This knife fills the gap in my collection. I wanted a blade that is longer than a utility knife but shorter than the longer traditional slicing knife. The knife has good weight and feels substantial in your hand giving you confidence in mobility. The overall craftsmanship is quite good; very sharp out of the box, all the edges are smooth and blended. I would recommend this knife to anyone looking for a everyday useful slicing knife.
