The Story You Never Knew Your Veggies Were Telling

This cookbook is incredible! Filled with beautiful photographs and fun illustrations that create a persona for the veggies, Sarah Gruenberg has created something truly unique. The recipes are thoughtful, well written and easy to follow. She has step by step photo guides to some of her most well known pastas that make the kitchen impossible seem entirely doable! Not just a book about vegetables, there are recipes that include meat and seafood for a truly well rounded cookbook. This will quickly become a staple in my kitchen and I can't wait to dive into each and every recipe!

Your new go-to cookbook, it's incredible!

This book is absolutely amazing! The recipes, the photos and illustrations, and cooking tips take this cookbook to another level. I will be making recipes out of this book for years to come! The food at chef Sarah's restaurant, Monteverde, inspired me to buy the book and I could not be happier that I did. Do not miss out on this one!
