Best Soundbar

All I can say is, LOOK NO FURTHER. I shopped for 8 months for surround speakers. I wanted the biggest bang for my buck . These are absolutely amazing. When company comes to watc a movie they are blown away! Literally . You will not be disappointed.

Great sound but buggy

I've had it for 1.5 years now and while it sounds fantastic and overall is mostly a good design, there are a couple big issues. First and primary issue is that I recently started to have to reset it on a daily basis for it to actually play any sound. I would have also liked the option for satellite speakers. There shouldn't be any issues at this price point. But the sound quality is top notch once it is playing and the surround effect is good for no surround speakers (though not as good as surround sound). I also like that it works with Spotify and Google Cast.

Great when it actually works.

Sounds great when it actually works, however, constantly having to restart everyday and sound cutting in and out is just not good enough for this product with how much it costs. Don't get me started on the subwoofer either, that thing can't hold a stable connection at all. Just go on the forums and Facebook group and you'll see so many people moaning. Personally Sennheiser should be investigated it's that bad.

Nice Sound

The bar produces a nice sound but not the immersive surround sound it claims. But then I don't have the luxury of being able to place the bar and TV in the middle of a wall in an empty square room. Does not always link with the tv when turned on and doesn't always switch off. Many connection issues when I first purchased the product but recent software updates have reduced some issues. The bass is very good without having to add an addition sub.

Amazing bar, when it works. Too many bugs

Reliability, still lots of bugs for example when turning of the TV, the Dolby Atmos will not activate and restarting from the app will not work, you need to physically reset(plug/unplug) as said here, good when it works, but lots of issues

Amazing technology

At first, I was skeptical that this device could produce sound from behind or above me. I tried many videos that claimed to test the surround sound system, but none of them impressed me much. Then I discovered the right content, and it blew my mind. Trust me, you need the right content to experience the full effect. It sounds like the audio is coming from all directions, but only with the right content.

Great Sounding Sound Bar, But Lacks Expandability

I researched for over 6 months and finally pulled the trigger on this model. Overall I'm happy with my choice. The unit sounds great and the app is detailed but easy to use as well. For me it is a little confusing what you are exactly listening to when Ambeo mode is active. Is it the 5.1/7.1/Atmos when it's on and always Stereo when its off? Or does Ambeo only upmix a stereo. Besides some minor glitches that required me to restart the unit by pulling the power, my only real complaint is the lack of an option to add rear speakers. Some other sound bars brands offer that and I really hope Sennheiser can follow their lead.

Odd glitch but great sound

Great sound, has some drop issues, hopefully more software updates will solve the glitches, sound and dialogue great, be good for some future updates for wider soundstage, however great quality Just waiting for some eager and anticipated announcements on sennheisers long awaited news on adding wireless rear speakers to make Sennheiser ambeo plus/soumdbars the one to beat, the price on adding more wireless speakers could put people off, however, more true cinema sound will put Sennheiser soundbars top of the league
