Egregious error

We bought these glasses because they looked like one we already had and held a similar amount of liquid (12 ounces), Macy's website stated they held 11.25 ounces. The box the glasses were packed in also had 11.25 ounces printed on it. When I took one out, it seemed rather small. Too small. When I used a measuring cup, I saw that they held just 8 ounces. How could Macy's and the supplier both get this wrong? Total misrepresentation. I sent them back for a refund.

These were smaller than I anticipated and very fragile- it was embarrassing that when I used thes two were cracked

Never received order. Contacted Macy's they had wrong house number they still didn't correct address

Basic glass

I bought this set to replace some of my own that were cracked. I was slightly disappointed with the size. They are being used by the kids but I wish the base was wider. They are your basic glass cup. I got them for a good price so overall happy.

Too small

These glasses are small and narrow, It wasn't what I was expecting.

Terrible customer service

We did not want these glasses and attempted to cancel the order online immediately but were not able to do so. We then did a chat with an agent who assured us that she cancelled the order. We then received the glasses a few days later and returned then to a Macys store. Awful customer service and we don't think we will ever order online from Macys again.
